CASES is hiring a full-time Team Leader to provide administrative and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team of Care Managers serving adults with complex behavioral health, housing, medical, and criminal-legal needs. The role coordinates client admissions and treatment, supervises staff and electronic health records, manages caseloads and participant outcomes, supports clinical decision-making and crisis response, and leads quality-improvement activities. The position is based in Central Harlem at 4 West 125th Street, New York, New York, 10027, with a Monday-through-Friday 9 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule and a salary of $75,000–$80,000. A master’s degree in social work or a related field and at least two years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting are required.
