Description
CWS Cleanrooms is hiring a Cleanroom Laundry Team Leader in Eindhoven to supervise and support employees in the cleanroom laundry. The role reports to the Shift Supervisor and Production Manager, prepares schedules, monitors productivity and quality, records production data, ensures safety and compliance, coaches employees, and collaborates with maintenance and Customer Care teams. The position follows a two-shift system with weekly shift switching and a 15% shift allowance, and requires production experience, coaching ability, strong communication, Dutch and English proficiency, computer skills, and some cleanroom familiarity.
