Keoghs is hiring a Team Leader for its Pre Litigated Motor Team in Liverpool. The role manages and supports a team of pre-litigated motor claims handlers, oversees team targets and service quality, allocates and approves complex claims, supports client-service analysis, and handles approximately 50 complex motor claims. The position reports to the Head of Operations, supports other Team Leaders, and requires strong motor-claims knowledge, analytical and communication skills, client-protocol understanding, and commercial awareness.
