Description
The Warehouse Operations Manager supervises inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, inventory accuracy, dispatch coordination, KPI monitoring, process improvement, safety compliance, and team performance. The role leads and develops warehouse associates, allocates manpower, and supports audits and operational inspections. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience, and 1–2 years of supervisory experience. The position is based on-site at the Davao Regional Distribution Center and requires shift, weekend, and holiday availability.
