Description
The Warehouse Operations Manager will supervise inbound receiving, outbound picking and dispatch, inventory accuracy, customer service, dispatch coordination, and warehouse standards. The role also leads and develops warehouse associates, manages performance and staffing, and resolves operational issues. It requires a bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, WMS and RF scanning knowledge, and on-site work at the Liloan Cebu Regional Distribution Center.
