Team Leader at Electro-Methods, Inc.

Electro-Methods is hiring a Team Leader to lead a cell-technician team on a Lean flow line in South Windsor, Connecticut. The role coordinates daily production activities, supports SQDC and takt-time targets, maintains and improves standard work, promotes Lean principles, troubleshoots equipment and process issues, and develops new and existing employees. Leadership or team-coordination experience is required, while aerospace manufacturing and Lean manufacturing experience are preferred. The position involves standing and walking throughout the shift and occasionally lifting materials weighing 40–50 pounds in a manufacturing shop-floor environment.
