The Team Leader will lead a pub team during busy shifts, coordinate service and safety, resolve issues in the absence of management, handle cash, and take responsibility for closing and locking up the pub. The role requires cash-handling experience, strong service and teamwork, adaptability, attention to detail, and availability for holidays and weekend shifts finishing after midnight. Candidates must live within walking distance or have their own transport.
