Harkins Theatres is hiring a Team Leader to supervise cinema team members and help deliver a strong moviegoing experience. The role involves organizing daily operations, coordinating breaks, training and mentoring staff across concessions, box office, guest services, and ushering, maintaining clean and safe guest areas, providing performance feedback, enforcing company policies, and addressing minor guest concerns. Candidates must be at least 16 years old, have at least three months of relevant customer-facing experience, communicate effectively in English, work independently and collaboratively, and be available during evenings, weekends, holidays, and summer months.
