Harkins Theatres is hiring a Team Leader to organize daily operations, coordinate breaks, train and lead theater team members across concessions, box office, guest services, and ushering, maintain clean and safe guest areas, provide performance feedback, enforce policies, and handle minor guest concerns. The role requires applicants to be at least 16 years old, have at least three months of relevant guest service or customer-facing experience, communicate effectively in English, work independently and collaboratively, and be available during evenings, weekends, holidays, and summer months.
