InPost Group is hiring a Loading Dock Team Leader for its Netherlands operation, Mondial Relay by InPost Group. Reporting to the operations manager, the role manages a team of loading dock agents, optimizes loading dock activities, coordinates staffing and transport-provider relationships, organizes sorting plans, monitors performance indicators, and ensures compliance with safety and cleanliness rules. The role is based at the company’s headquarters in Vianen, with working from home possible when results allow.
