Description
JUST ONE is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Team Leader to join their expanding team in Greece. This role involves leading approximately five engineers, reporting to the CTO & Managing Director, and blending technical leadership, personnel development, and customer-facing responsibilities. The Team Leader will manage weekly workloads, monitor project progress, approve leave requests, conduct coaching sessions, and actively participate in various projects. Additionally, they will focus on improving engineering processes such as requirements management, software verification and validation, and optimizing team toolchains.
