Description
The Team Leader will manage a team of approximately 10 employees in a fresh-food retail environment, process goods, keep the store stocked and tidy, coach staff, serve customers, and create a positive workplace. The role requires physical work, long walking, Dutch fluency, flexibility with tasks and hours, and coaching skills; retail or hospitality experience is a plus but not required. It is a full-time 36.5-hour-per-week contract with one fixed weekday off, one rotating weekend day off, on-the-job training, and opportunities for growth.
