The role promotes safety culture and BMS compliance, maintains quality and environmental standards, manages workmanship and traceability, reports progress and HSE issues, and ensures productive staff utilization. Candidates need technical judgment, decision-making under tight deadlines, organizational and time-management skills, process-improvement ability, and strong customer focus; personal responsibility, conflict resolution, proactive improvement, and career development are preferred.
