AFS is hiring a Team Leader for its Client Relations Team to manage 6–8 staff members, including senior, associate, and account managers. The role oversees client satisfaction, performance metrics, training, feedback, reviews, policy input, client outreach, annual client reviews, design and consulting services, and communication with financial professionals. Candidates need at least 10 years of nondiscrimination testing experience, 5 years of supervisory experience, relevant credentials, ERISA and tax knowledge, research and analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position is remote from the United States, pays $80,000–$120,000, and includes medical, dental, disability, life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.
