Paytm is hiring a Team Leader to lead field sales of EDC devices in the oil and gas vertical. The role manages a team of five or more field executives, drives device sales and deployment, develops channel-partner relationships, monitors productivity and incentive earnings, trains and motivates the team, analyzes market trends, and handles reporting and MIS. Candidates must have a smartphone, bike, and helmet, at least three years of channel sales and distribution experience, proven field-sales leadership experience, and knowledge of merchant onboarding and field sales operations; graduate education is mandatory, while post-graduation is preferred.
