Paytm is hiring a Team Leader to manage a field sales team of five or more members and drive EDC device sales and deployment in the oil and gas vertical. The role includes building channel partner relationships, coordinating ground execution, monitoring productivity and incentive earnings, training and motivating the team, analyzing market trends, and handling reporting and MIS. Candidates must have a smartphone, bike, and helmet, at least three years of channel sales and distribution experience, proven field sales leadership experience, and knowledge of merchant onboarding and field sales operations; graduate education is mandatory, while post-graduation is preferred.
