Paytm is hiring a Team Leader to manage field sales of EDC devices under the Railway vertical. The role leads a team of five or more field executives, develops channel partner relationships, drives distribution and merchant onboarding, monitors productivity and incentive earnings, trains and motivates the team, analyzes market trends, and prepares reports using Excel and sales tools. Candidates must have a smartphone, bike, and helmet, at least three years of channel sales and distribution experience, proven field sales leadership experience, and knowledge of merchant onboarding and field sales operations; graduate education is mandatory, while post-graduation is preferred.
