PSC Group is hiring a full-time Team Leader to lead and develop employees in a safety-focused, servant-leadership environment. The role includes ensuring safe and efficient work, participating in safety meetings, conducting field safety observations, overseeing on-the-job training, coaching employees, reviewing procedures, and supporting operational excellence. The position requires lead experience, fluent English, regular on-site attendance, and the ability to pass drug, physical, and background checks; industrial experience and military experience are preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional weekend and travel requirements, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, leave, and training programs.
