Description
The Industrial Production Team Leader will allocate work among shift operators, monitor production in real time, ensure compliance with requirements and safety instructions, operate high-value equipment such as robotic cells, make independent floor decisions, and coordinate with subcontractor teams. The role requires proficiency in painting processes, robot operation, or cutting machines, the ability to read complex plans and manufacturing process sheets, independent decision-making, and strong interpersonal communication. It is based in Bouffioulx, offers alternating shifts, and pays up to €21 per hour.
