Description
The Replenishment Team Leader leads the store team on the shop floor, assigns tasks, coaches and motivates colleagues, supervises daily operational processes, maintains the shop floor, supports store objectives and sales results, and serves as a customer-contact point. The role requires at least a diploma in general secondary education (ASO) or a bachelor's degree, preferably retail or hospitality management or shift-leader experience, strong organization and adaptability, customer-service orientation, and residence in or easy access to the Bredene area.
