Description
The Production Team Lead will manage the day-to-day operations of a sawing department in an ultramodern sawmill, coaching machine operators, monitoring production schedules, assigning work, enforcing quality and safety standards, coordinating technical interventions, and reporting results to the Production Manager. The role requires a technical secondary or higher education diploma or equivalent experience, industrial production-management experience, Dutch proficiency, computer literacy, and willingness to work a stable two-shift schedule.
