Description
The Production Floor Supervisor leads and develops production-floor teams, trains and schedules staff, monitors product quality, resolves technical malfunctions and bottlenecks, and coordinates with the production manager and other departments. The role requires knowledge of production processes, at least two years of production-team management experience or a strong interest in people management, Dutch communication skills, and willingness to work a two-shift system. The position is based in Wevelgem and offers a base salary starting at €19, meal vouchers, and eco-vouchers.
