Description
The Welding Team Leader leads approximately 10 welders on the shop floor, performs complex welding work, monitors quality, allocates work to meet production deadlines, and enforces safety and order. The role requires solid experience with welding techniques, preferably semi-automatic or TIG, technical-drawing skills, team leadership, fluent Dutch, and a short-cycle tertiary education. It is a full-time day-shift position from 07:15 to 16:00 with meal vouchers and an attractive compensation package.
