The successful candidate will embody the company's mission, vision, and values, leading and empowering a team of 4-15 individuals to deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, managing operations, ensuring timely game starts, facilitating breaks, addressing minor maintenance issues, handling cash and inventory, and creating a positive atmosphere for both guests and team members.
