The Team Leader will lead the repair department by scheduling and supporting employees, handling service and repair requests, cost estimates, and work orders, coordinating with customers, suppliers, and service locations, providing technical consulting and customer support, and reviewing invoices. The role requires vocational training and further qualification as a master craftsman or technician in a technical occupation, hands-on technical skills, MS Office proficiency, and German and English communication skills.
