Odido is hiring part-time Team Leaders throughout the Netherlands to advise customers on mobile phones, subscriptions, and accessories; sell insurance and accessories; lead and coach store teams; contribute to sales targets; and maintain store operations. The role offers a gross monthly salary of €2,650–€3,500 based on 38 hours, travel allowance, vacation days, flexible hours, and career progression opportunities. Applicants need at least MBO level 4 working and thinking ability, customer-focused and team-oriented skills, and availability for late-night shopping evenings and weekends; some sales experience is a plus.
