Harkins Theatres is hiring a Team Leader to supervise theater team members and help deliver the moviegoing experience. The role includes organizing daily work plans, coordinating breaks, training and mentoring staff across concessions, box office, guest services, and ushering, delegating tasks, resolving minor employee conflicts and guest concerns, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and providing employee performance feedback to managers. The position requires applicants to be at least 18, have at least three months of relevant guest-service experience, communicate effectively in English, and be available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and summer months. Pay starts at $18.40 per hour, or up to $18.90 per hour for candidates with prior Harkins experience.
