Compeer Financial is hiring a Client Service Team Manager to lead and develop a group of client-service team members supporting credit and financial products and services. The role supervises hiring, training, performance, compliance, reporting, office operations, and team goals; it is primarily in-office with occasional remote work from the Macomb, Illinois, and Quincy, Illinois locations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of supervisory experience, and strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. Base pay is $67,700 to $102,200 USD, with variable compensation and benefits.
