BAE Systems is hiring an on-site Team Leader Constructive at Portsmouth Naval Base to lead, coach, and manage a multi-skilled team supporting ship construction and repair programmes, including Type 45 ships, Hunts, Carriers, and workshop operations. The role oversees safe, timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery; team performance, attendance, development, task quality, and SHE compliance; and requires engineering apprenticeship or equivalent experience, fabrication or welding experience, shipbuilding or ship repair experience, risk assessment and method statement capability, and team management skills.
