Audemars Piguet is hiring a Workshop Manager for its Dial Workshop, reporting to the Workshop Manager and serving as the technical reference for machining, guilloching, and laser activities. The role manages a team of approximately 15 collaborators, oversees scheduling, planning, quality, deadlines, efficiency, information flow, training, and cross-functional coordination, and contributes to workshop improvement projects. Candidates need a technical qualification and 2–5 years of similar industrial experience, with scheduling, planning, team management, Microsoft Office, and ERP experience preferred.
