Sumitomo SHI FW is hiring a Team Leader, Document Coordinators to lead its global project documentation team within Engineering Management. The role oversees team capacity, workload allocation, performance, competence development, document management procedures, archiving, compliance, continuous improvement, and documentation support for proposal and project teams across Europe and Asia. Candidates should have experience with document management systems, knowledge of archiving principles and documentation compliance, strong English communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, and preferably international team leadership experience.
