Kronospan is hiring an Energy Team Leader to supervise energy operators and oversee the operation, maintenance, optimization, and safety of industrial energy installations at its Luxembourg site. The role includes managing biomass power plants and cogeneration systems, adjusting operating parameters, planning maintenance and shutdowns, analyzing malfunctions, monitoring fuel and spare parts, and leading technical training. Candidates need technical training in energy, industrial maintenance, or an equivalent field, plus experience with biomass power plants, cogeneration, industrial energy installations, combustion, and team supervision.
