Description
AriensCo is hiring a Team Leader to oversee brake press and forming or welding operations in Brillion, Wisconsin. The role leads area team members, maintains and improves standard work, monitors cycle time against takt time, trains employees, supports production goals, solves root-cause problems, and applies Lean, 6S, safety, quality, productivity, and delivery practices. The position works Monday through Thursday for four 10-hour shifts from 4:30 AM to 2:30 PM, pays $26.00 per hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and requires a high school diploma or GED, Lean and manufacturing knowledge, TWI training, and U.S. work authorization.
