Description
The Hartford is seeking a Team Leader for General Liability (GL) Claims to report to the Eastern General Liability Litigation Director and manage a team of about seven litigation claim handlers. The role focuses on guiding claim investigation, liability determinations, disposition, and settlement for high-exposure GL claims while coaching staff, managing performance, partnering with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with corporate claim settlement policies and procedures. The position offers hybrid or remote work depending on proximity to office locations and includes a base salary range of $86,400 to $129,600 annually.
