Description
Columbia Forest Products is hiring a 2nd-shift Team Lead to assign and direct grading team members, train them using Job-Instruction-Training methods, lead a Lean Daily Management System, monitor performance, and coach and mentor team members. The role also includes data entry and analysis, record keeping, and developmental counseling. Prior supervisory and manufacturing experience is preferred but not required, and candidates must complete an online assessment and the Leadership Qualification Program. This is a salaried exempt position with an annual base salary of $65,000–$70,000 plus a $5,000 shift differential.
