Description
The City of Essen is hiring a Team Leader – Housing Market Monitoring to lead the Housing Market Monitoring department and two employees, develop and publish the Essen Housing Market Report and Housing Market Barometer, create monitoring systems, support housing action concepts, manage the Housing Perspective working group, represent the city in the inter-municipal Housing Market Ruhr group, and prepare briefing papers for political committees. The role is permanent and available full-time or part-time, with mobile working possible, and is based in the Office for Property Management and Housing Subsidies in Essen.
