The Escape Game is hiring a Team Leader to lead a team of 4–15 teammates in a fast-paced, guest-facing escape-room environment. The role involves opening and closing the store, ensuring games start on time, managing breaks, cash, and inventory, addressing minor maintenance issues, coaching teammates, and delivering a five-star guest experience. The position requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves physical activity such as deep cleaning, standing, crawling, bending, and lifting 30–40 pounds.
