Description
The employer is hiring a Business Manager (Team Leader) to lead and supervise marketing and business-partner employees, monitor performance and targets, conduct market reviews, manage business processes and branch portfolios, and coach the team toward profitability and sustainable growth. The role requires at least a diploma, minimum two years of team leadership experience, experience managing 5–10 team members, and at least two years of microfinance manager experience; Grameen-system financial institutions are preferred. The position is based in Karangreja and offers a fixed salary of 4,550,000 plus performance-based incentives and other benefits.
