Description
The Team Leader for the Lansing office supervises and supports team members working Family Preservation contracts, provides face-to-face case coverage during employee absences, collaborates with the Highfields Coordinator on case troubleshooting and intervention strategies, interacts with clients in non-traditional settings and hours, and represents clients and Highfields with referral sources. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in human services or education, counseling experience with children and families, cultural and socioeconomic sensitivity, extensive client-home travel, reliable transportation, adequate insurance, and a valid driver’s license.
