Amartha is hiring a Branch Manager to ensure regional KPIs, branch operations, human resources, portfolio quality, audit compliance, and expansion are met. The role requires at least a Diploma III, branch-management experience, leadership of more than five to ten team members, at least two years of microfinance business-manager or leader experience, sales and marketing strategy skills, a private vehicle and SIM C, and willingness to work in the Semarang area.
