Description
Prefab Beton Vebo is hiring a Team Leader, Large-Scale Precast (GP) to coordinate and lead production of large, non-standard concrete elements such as gallery slabs, stairs, and balconies. The role directly manages three shift supervisors and indirectly manages 25 production employees, while overseeing staffing, safety, cost control, environmental practices, productivity, quality improvements, and process optimization. Candidates should have MBO-level work ability, a construction or comparable background, production and preferably concrete-technology knowledge, technical-drawing experience, leadership experience in production, MS Office proficiency, and familiarity with Lean methodologies. The position offers a full-time salary of €2,956–€4,536 plus vacation, bonus, commuting, equipment, training, and staff benefits.
