Cummins Inc. is hiring a Team Leader for its manufacturing facility in Florence, Kentucky. The role coordinates employees to meet production specifications, schedules, volume, cost, wastage, and quality targets; supports safety, health, compliance, quality, delivery, communication, continuous improvement, and teamwork; and coaches less experienced team members. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent secondary education, significant relevant work experience or specialized skills, and may require export-control or sanctions licensing. The base rate is $22.00–$28.00 per hour.
