Stadtwerke Esslingen is hiring a Team Leader, Local and District Heating Planning to lead and develop its Local and District Heating Planning team. The role covers technical and disciplinary leadership, planning and design of heat supply facilities and pipeline networks, feasibility studies, economic viability assessments, project delivery, coordination of external engineering and service providers, customer presentations, network optimization, and employee development. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, several years of heat-supply or energy-infrastructure project experience, leadership experience, knowledge of local and district heating and relevant regulations, and a Class B driver's license.
