Aurelium GmbH is hiring a full-time Team Leader (m/f/d) for container logistics in Unna. The role directs and organizes container-unloading processes, coordinates up to 10 employees, participates in container handling and related warehouse activities, trains new colleagues, and serves as the on-site team lead. Candidates should have warehousing or logistics experience, ideally in container handling, and initial experience coordinating or leading employees. The position requires Monday–Friday work from 12:00 to 20:00 and offers secure pay above the collective bargaining agreement, vacation entitlement, workplace health and safety, professional development, and support from the Aurelium team.
