Klöber GmbH is hiring a Team Leader (m/f/d) Operational Purchasing for its Owingen site to lead a six-person Operational Purchasing and Scheduling team and manage operational procurement, material supply, inventory control, scheduling, supplier communication, and escalation processes. The role also supports the upcoming personnel change, collaborates with production, planning, logistics, development, and group purchasing, and develops SAP-supported purchasing and scheduling processes. Candidates need a relevant business or supply chain qualification, several years of operational purchasing or materials management experience in manufacturing, leadership experience, and knowledge of scheduling, inventory management, and material flow control.
