Description
Pen Needle is hiring a Team Leader to manage day-to-day production operations, staffing, planning, staffing, quality, safety, delivery, and productivity. The role includes coaching and developing team members, analyzing operational problems, implementing continuous improvements, supporting the new production environment, and participating in KPI meetings. The position requires a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent 3–5 years of production leadership experience, strong people-management and problem-solving skills, a safety and quality mindset, and excellent Dutch and English communication skills. During the project phase the role works daytime hours; from March 2027 it will be in alternating early and late shifts.
