Description
Chubb is hiring a Multinational Team Leader to supervise underwriters and manage new and renewal property and casualty business within a defined territory. The role includes developing broker and client relationships, producing new business, evaluating and pricing accounts, implementing bound accounts, supporting referrals, forecasting production, and mentoring staff. It requires a college degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of commercial property and casualty experience, and preferably 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience. The pay range is $115,000 to $180,000, with possible discretionary annual incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
