MedNet Global Healthcare Solutions L.L.C., a Munich Re member, is hiring a Team Leader for its Network team to support the development, management, optimization, and performance of healthcare provider networks across multiple markets. The role leads provider credentialing, profiling, contracting, performance monitoring, audits, reporting, stakeholder relationships, provider training, issue escalation, and network improvement initiatives, while coaching team members and supporting the Network Manager. Candidates need a diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare discipline, at least four years in the TPA, health insurance, or managed care industry, and at least two years managing or developing healthcare provider networks, preferably in the GCC.
