Klöber GmbH is hiring a Team Leader, Operational Purchasing in Owingen, Germany, to lead a six-person Operational Purchasing and Scheduling team and manage day-to-day procurement, supplier coordination, material supply, inventory control, scheduling, and process development. The role also supports the upcoming personnel transition, recruits and onboards new employees, and develops SAP-supported purchasing and scheduling processes. Candidates need a relevant degree, several years of operational purchasing or materials management experience in manufacturing, leadership experience, and knowledge of scheduling, inventory management, and material flow control.
