Description
The Team Leader – Operations leads and supervises merchandising and stock teams, manages salesfloor, backdoor, and curbside operations, oversees inventory replenishment and back-of-house standards, controls store expenses, and protects margin through safe product handling and clearance-item management. The role also coaches and develops associates, supports performance and professional growth, partners with Assistant Store Leaders, and serves as Leader on Duty to maintain customer-ready store operations. It requires significant sales-floor presence, flexible full-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, and at least one year of customer service or retail leadership experience.
